They WTS does nothing (except maybe loan a little money- to be repaid with interest) and steals what was others. No question about that. Does everyone in the hall know that the WTS owns the land and building, lock, stock, and barrel? I only recently found this out.

It is secret. 3. It is used as a form of subjection and control.
